Due to the nature of selling live animals, we do not offer refunds once a pet has been purchased and delivered. However, we do offer certain exceptions under specific conditions (see below).

We work with reliable pet transport services, but if your pet is lost or arrives deceased due to transportation issues, we will work with you to offer a replacement or partial refund. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your pet.


5. Returns for Personal Reasons

We understand that sometimes personal circumstances change. If you can no longer care for your pet, we may accept a return at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued. Instead, we will assist in rehoming the pet. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
